Remembering Georgie
This Was Them is working with Georgie’s friends to collect and preserve your memories of her. These will be collated to create a beautiful book that will be gifted to her children, at a later date.
With your help the stories and memories we gather today will help them feel more connected to their mum as they grow. One day, they might show the book to their own children and be able to say “this was your grandmother”.
No story is too short to be included. Whether you submit a few lines or a few paragraphs, your contribution will be invaluable in helping Georgie’s children know more about her. Bear in mind, this is not a book of condolence. This will be a celebration of who she was, how she was and why she was loved by so many.
